Dawnie session on the SUP (again) as yet again the day dawned without any wind.
Good exercise, paddling up to harbour and back with Ash, then down to EA and beyond to Normans Bay before heading back to Pevensey to pack up and head to the orifice ....
Nice to see Rich and Gary turn up but shame they were too busy with their women's meeting to get on the water ;) lol
Nice to get a bit more TOW as part of my rehab program, and good to see Ash claim a dry SUP session ... Just shy of 90mins pre work so decent workout too
